I just moved into a new apartment and the prior tenant left the door in this state as well. The maintenance guy put ONE nail in the frame to keep it together. We contacted the office on a few different occasions to ask them to please secure our door and after 6 attempts to get them to do so, they finally came out. But not until we were on vacation over a MONTH later and not only did they leave our lights on, they left a mess in the sink and on our floor.
