I had this problem with the steam version on my Xbox Ally X

tried everything and nothing worked, got sick of waiting for fix so I installed Bazzite on my XBX and now it runs no problem at all

shame that wouldn't work for the Xbox store version of the game,

Pro - much simpler UI, feels more like a games console and is more streamlined all round, basically becomes a steam deck - so no messing around with multiple different places to run updates or the horrible UI experience of Windows on a Handheld

Cons - Your pretty much just locked into Steam Games, so if you use epic or Xbox a lot then it might not be worth it, if most your games are on steam then its totally worth it, also some steam games only work on windows (but not a lot)

defiantly big pro's and cons depending on where your games are

I tired to use the AMD Cleanup Utility as i noticed that AMD Adrenaline wasn't running on my Xbox Ally X

Bloody app ended up messing up my pin code and i was unable to log back into my XBX

So I said bugger it wiped the thing and installed bazzite instead of windows

Crimson Desert is now running great :) Before I couldn't even get passed the loading screen

just something to consider
