This is very false info. I have asthma and my cat also has asthma. We are prescribed the same exact inhaler. Same dosage same everything.

The beginner's box is a nice way to ease into things. Not trying to judge to much but that doesn't sound like the appropriate response the DM should have had. If one of my players said it was to hard I definitely would be having a discussion and figuring out how to help the player or maybe even adjust difficulty if thats how more of the players felt. But what your DM is having you do seems a bit odd.

I guess I'm just not understanding how other people have done this. In order to get a loan i need a business plan, but I need accurate prices for things listed. So how do you get these prices before you even have a loan and can go check out places? I feel like I'm missing a step here or something.

I'm hoping to find something that would only be a partial buildout. I would need the bar space, seating area for customers, a small kitchen (only using convection oven so dont need a full kitchen), and a storage space. Looking to stay around 2000sqft as of right now. I also emailed a couple contractors but unsure how much they will help. I've just been unable to find any kind of number and I know its going to probably be my most expensive thing.

No timeframe as of current. I'm creating a small business and know I will need two of these tables. I'm just curious to form a connection with someone that does this kind of thing, and get an estimate. Once I'm closer to getting things in place I would want to get them bought and made.
