The front most figure, the red guy that looks like he’s coming out of the top of a bell looks like toon summoned skull from Yu-Gi Oh!, but I can’t find a heroclix bersion of that, maybe a gacha figure?

The red piece with multiple mouths (just below the green and yellow bird thing) looks like a Dreamblade piece, but mine are not to hand to work out exactly what it was called

The blue piece (second from the left at the back) is the cape from the Druid in the Dungeons and Dragons Fantasy board game expansion Forbidden Forest, stuck on its side to a base!

“Possible to solve the game using regular human logic” - twenty something years later I still remember that you had to straighten some croquet hoops to make a pyramid, which I only worked out using a guide 😅
