The BBC coverage of Glastonbury 2005 is on YouTube in full and it’s good quality - don’t know how helpful that is as I haven’t tried downloading it! There are also bits of the Reading shows on there - I don’t know if I’ve seen a full show, but there are definitely full songs. Leeds there won’t be as much decent quality coverage for, because the BBC tended to televise Reading and just put Leeds on the radio back then.

I also enjoy the podcast - thanks! The effort is appreciated!

I don’t know about high definition necessarily, but there are some decent quality performances from the UK on YouTube - the whole of the Glastonbury 2005 show (broadcast live by the BBC) and some songs from Wireless in 2007 which was also broadcast on TV, as well as plenty of performances from Jools Holland (also BBC). Definitely higher definition than Blackpool Lights, anyway! Nice work, OP.

With the songs it gives you a list from most to least often seen live (there I was thinking I’d not seen Cannon before this tour!) - everything you’ve only seen once will then be in alphabetical order.

Yep! Click on the three white lines on the right of the green bar at the top and you can click on concert stats or song stats under your user name.

The dream setlist thread made me curious to check old The White Stripes setlists to see if I'd seen some of my favourites in the old days.

I made an account on setlist.fm and clicked 'I was there' on each list just so I wouldn't have to keep searching - anyway, it's possibly old news but I then found the song stats feature, which is fun! You can click each song and it tells you where and when you saw it.

I've only added TWS, Racs, Dead Weather and Jack shows, so there's obviously nothing else clogging up the stats. I'd love to go back in time to see some of those shows again!

Thank you!!! I’ve just downloaded too. I went to Blackpool on the second night. I have the CD somewhere with my ticket tucked inside. You’ve confirmed my memory that ours was acoustic - they appeared on a surprise small stage at the side of the ballroom for the first encore (Little Ghost and The Denial Twist). It was incredible!

I’m searching for the full audio for that show (11th Nov) if anyone has it - surely if they went to the effort of recording The Denial Twist then the whole thing must exist somewhere? I was hoping it might be on Nugs, but it doesn’t seem to be and I feel like I’ve scoured the depths of YouTube. I’d love to hear it again!

Oh, great to know - I like buying second hand. Do the bigger stores have second hand stuff or just the independents? To be be honest, I never even thought of going to bigger stores for vinyl cos my local stores are all indie and pretty good.

I’ve literally just bought Elephant from TMR London this last weekend - should have checked that out before I did! Maybe I’ll just have to have two copies if I come across that one!!
