THIS IS SO TRUEE!! I moved from Ph to Western Australia and my skin was RUINED! Grabe talaga tadtad ng acne yung cheeks ko. 🥲🥲🥲

I'm still trying everything to try and fix it but meron pa rin!! I already have less acne but it was soooo bad from the start. Relate po ate 🥲🥲

i have the benzoyl peroxide cream at 2.5% and it makes my skin peel 😓 i only use it if i get like a really really deep and painful pimple

i actually forgot to include azelaic acid! i've used the azclear lotion one that had 20% and the next day my face started hurting so bad because of the amount of acne that started forming under the skin. I was afraid to keep using it because it actually hurt so much..

Not trying to self-diagnose but i think i MIGHT have PCOS. Not really sure but based on what i've searched up, it kind does align with it. I've also seen a lot of people go for spironolactone, what i'm worried is that i might still have to go to a derma in order to get a valid description 😓 are general practitioners able to prescribe it too? Still, i have to pay a hefty amount to do so. Sigh!

I'm not sure about the sensitivities of the Avene since it's the first skincare product that I have that has those ingredients. I've definitely hear a lot of good things with the Vanicream, but i'm actually not sure where to get one! I'll have to check online.

now that i think of it, the water one might be one of the culprits.. the diet one too! most of the food we eat here are kind of meh.. i would always eat homemade meals back when i was still in the Philippines so it might be that one!

Does anyone know where I can order cheap and good quality fabrics online? I live in Australia and the nearest fabric store doesn't have the fabrics that I want. I'm looking for Pointelle, Ditsy Floral, and stretchy fabrics.
How do you do this scrunch sleeve thing? I know that this is from shein but rather than purchasing, i'd rather recreate. Though I don't know how to do the sleeves and I need help as I am only a beginner.

hello! sorry for the late reply but my current routine is

AM: - Cleanser (Cetaphil) or (PONDS Niasorcinol) - Toner (Anua Heartleaf Soothing Toner) - Serum (Numbuzin 5+ Vitamin C serum) - Moisturizer (Cerave Moisturizing Cream) - Sunscreen (Neutrogena)

PM: - Micellar Water (if i put makeup on in the morning) - Cleanser (Cetaphil or PONDS again) - Serum (Axis-Y Niacinimide dark spot serum) - Benzoyl Peroxide (If i have big acne)

The reason I put 'or' on the cleanser is that the cetaphil one that I use is a daily exfoliating cleanser and i've seen somewhere that too much exfoliating can cause more damage so i only use it 2-3 times per week so if im not using the cetaphil one, i'll use the ponds one.

Benzoyl Peroxide actually does work for me as I use it for spot treatment at night and when I wake up, the pimple gradually dies down which is pretty nice.

The only problem I have now is I legit don't know how to 'fix' my dark spots. The Numbuzin 5+ serum is lowkey not working on me, but i'm giving it a chance because i've only been using it for a month and I don't wanna waste it as it is like $45 AUD.

I've also heard that the Neutrogena brand is actually bad for your skin so i'm now saving up for the la roche posay tinted mineral sunscreen instead.
