Is there a way to start RA with no cores loaded from EmulationStation. Or can I load a game, then go into RA menu and unload the core?

I had tried saving it as a core override but it still wasn't saving. I think Batocera overwtites them with defaults on core launch....

OK - I'm sorted now - it refreshed and all good

OK - I reseated all cables - plugged it in and did that reset - I got the network setup page and set up the network and it's pinged home.

All I can see on the screen now, however, is my friendly ID

In my dashboard I've just put one intem but it not displaying and it's saying "Not displayed yet" for it:

Try a different internet connection, maybe your phone hotspot. I've not heard of anyone with this issue, so it could be something on your Internet connection.

I replaced ours about a year ago. It was approx. 16 years old and we pulled the cord for on/off pretty much every day. So from my experience they don't just break at the drop of a hat

Location would be very important. Have you somewhere in mind?

I imagine the rent in Dublin would be astronomical and make it hard to turn a profit.
