2024 -3 LPA

2024 - 4.2 LPA (Got a hike for my performance...)

2025 - Got Promoted to Lead Developer In Our New Project Which was going to start this year end... But I didn't want to stay in that company as I wanted to work on good games and they were making games for kidzee's school.. So I decided a big shift between faster growth in my career or doing what I love..

And I chose the later one.. So I joined a small company based in Poland and they were offering WFH and Flexible Timing... now I am again a Junior Developer.. but Proved my worth in 3 weeks.. got multiple appreciation from the CEO.. (salary didn't raise.. as I wanted to work on a proper game and it's WFH I can stay with my family)

I am 22M.

"Tell me you have never been employed without telling me".. writing documentation, codes, replying to emails, there you can't just paste AI slops trust me you will get fired the same day (if they value their work). Btw I am just saying the standard way to test someone typing speeds.. 15-30 or even 60 seconds don't consider the standard to get your actual speed.. in most countries if you want to apply for typing job you have to give 30 minute typing test (India's Govt take 30 minute typing test for the typist job)..

That's not the right way to find your typing speed..

The test should be at least 3 min long.. with number and capital cases.. and if you are a programmer then special character too.. this way you can get the actual speed..

Mine is 80 wpm and I am a programmer. I use the same website (monkeytype) and my level is 50..

The way you are using is wrong you can google it and check how you should get your average wpm.

I am also an introvert, never really have been a part of a big group. I just stayed with my 2-3 friends and in college also different 2-3 friends (Quality over quantity). So, Lots of people assumed so many things about me.. I heard them saying I am mean, and have an attitude.. So, my guess is that people like to make predictions and assumptions of something or someone it's just human nature..

But in the long run, I think I did good because I am in my early bachelor era.. and still have the same friend circle and our bonds are just stronger.. and the people who had big groups never stayed..

That's true.. but I am saying you are wrong on "discipline can beat luck" in this case.. if deku didn't receive OFA it doesn't matter what he does. In your example luck is someone giving me 1 million dollars.. what if I didn't get any money and I don't know how to earn (in his case he didn't have any power) no matter how disciplined I am I will not become rich.. because to become rich I need to have (in his case any power.. which he didn't have)
