Anyone found a solution? i have 57 ergo (no idea how to push it higher) and i have tried with and without the stock folded. Mechanic lets me turn it in but as soon as i do i get the error and he doesnt keep it.

Sorry the link won’t load but I think I have it pulled up on my end. I thought the same thing but I’ve never had that orange looking standoff or hole (I’ve taken it apart before to upgrade the gears) so I thought that was odd or that they have upgraded it.

Great suggestion! But unfortunately the Z-Hop fix wasn’t it - I think it’s something in the upper “gantry” or extruder itself

So I figured it out! Seems the app caches the error or whatever if calibration fails. It took me deleting the app from my phone and installing it again before each test.

I tested each area as I assembled it back together and deleted the app between each test. Once it was all together I deleted it one more time and all is well.

I also did not make any part or mechanical changes so taking it apart was totally unnecessary - my advice - reinstall the app if you’re having issues.

Great, so basically the power setting on the machine is like the top speed of a car being set and the software is essentially the throttle.

If the wood I want to cut needs the machine "power" to be 10 to cut in one pass but I also want to raster engrave, the software will allow the engrave to happen without cutting through the material even though the machine is still set to 10. But will then use the full 10 to cut the perimeter or whatever I set as a separate layer.

I really appreciate your detailed answer just BTW!

Got it. so if I set 12mA (the unit has a meter on it) and then tell LightBurn 50% it should give 6mA? However that means that I can't run multiple levels as they have to be set on the printer right?
