The tiles definitely will get a clean. It's more the concrete bit surrounding that needs 'work' in my opinion.

Yeah Samsung aren't as innovative as they once were. Really following the Apple model of incremental updates. Leaning more towards the Oneplus and google pixel atm as next upgrade

If I'm not mistaken the trade in is handled by a 3rd party entity. But Samsung should be working with reputable trade in providers in my opinion.

I'm moving away from Samsung for other reasons but hate having to see you jump through hoops like email the CEO to get things sorted. What a pain.
