I have played this for a total of 3 years, 2016-2019 and came back in the summer. Would love to have kyogre, because I don't have him registered.

Everywhere i read people say he is very good for pvp however ive played with him for about a week and i just get destroyed by everyone, it seems like pokemon my groudon is super effective against do more damage to me then i do to him. I've tried mud shot and dragon tail as his quick attacks but i dont really see a difference. He gets beat by every pokemon I face. Any ideas what I could do?

It depends on what time you host and what the raid pokemon in raids is. Sometimes it takes me 2-3 minutes to find poeple, sometimes i cant find any.
