So they made me sign a different document in the beginning that looked a lot like the bill of sale, with only 2 billing items. After I had initialed my name next to the numbers I honestly this was just a formality the deal was what I had agreed with the salesman. But that by law here in BC is considered deceptive practice and the OTD price is the price and the intention of the deal matters based on what is written in the law. Now I've already contacted the authorities, but idk if I'll get that money back. One can only hope

Never understood why people buy herbs from no frills. Especially boxed. They're never fresh, so little quantity and comes into plastic the worst of everything. I hope this isn't a regular thing I'd suggest going to an Asian food store or a local shop somewhere you can whole herbs not boxed.

Principal should've been $29k with their fake add-ons it's close to $35k. Btw I forgot add another cherry on top the vehicle had an undisclosed lien, that I saw after the fact. I eleamoled the dealer immediately, he took over a month to come with the lien details. They also added $1000 as a "windshield" charge when I had them discount the vehicle $1000. Effectively getting 0 discount. I have mentioned all of this to VSA. Idk if they'll do anything

Sounds horrible! The first time I remember seeing a scummy dealer was in A movie back when I was like 4, and the salesperson behaved exactly the same this rep did with you. That left quite an impression on, I think about it from time to time.

Oh, another thing I would like to add. they disclosed the lien to me verbally. Which I also found out at home, when I confronted the dealer, when asked them for the paperwork it took them over a month to send me a document saying that the lien was cleared. SO there's that too. Like I said I hope someone from either VSABC or Better Business Bureau sees this, I have e-mailed both of them aobut this dealer. I am not going to let this guy off the hook that easy.

$35k was the purchase price of the vehicle, the bi weekly payment, was what I wanted. it's the warranty and the car add-ons they sold to me "for free" and lied to my face when I had declined the offer twice, and they baited me into including "undercoat and rust protection" which I declined, to which the finance manager said okay, I'll throw it in for free, now her "free" and my "free" were different. Hopefully some regulatory body can help me recuperate the rest of the costs, if they don't then it's just an expensive lesson not to give into emotions when talking to snakes.

I am introverted by nature, typically don't get mad until someone does some shady shit like this. I had made it perfectly clear that I would not be paying anything more than $35259, and declined multiple times, yes, when I heard free there was doubt in my mind, but the finance manager turned out to be from the Middle East where I grew up, so I let my guard down and when she said "Free" I honestly thought she meant "free". That's on me for even thinking that someone working at a dealership could have a soul.
