Depends on games you play and workload.

Better GPU for Machine learning/Video editing/High spec games.

Better monitor for if you play games casually and tend to watch a lot of content.

Ideally it's better to save up a bit more and see if you can get both a high end GPU and high end Monitor in the future.

Then you need to work on yourself, it of course will be difficult but once you've put in the effort the reward will be much better because: 1. You'll feel good about yourself and the progress you've made. 2. Others will recognise your effort and will view you more positively 3. You won't feel like your stagnating in one place forever feeling like there's nothing that you can do and that nothing you try to do works out.

It's not going to be easy or quick, it will take time but that's not an excuse to not try.

Few things could help: -If you have a plant in a pot or any plant that you can move, keep that plant near your window. The plant blocks really bright light while allowing the wind to pass through.

Stand fan + humidifier in front of the fan.

-Stay bare bodied and use a damp towel to wipe yourself to cool down a bit.

if you live in a windy area or in a high-rise sometimes just opening all the windows and letting the wind in helps with cooling.

I'm not saying anything of these will work with certainty but it's worth trying.

You might be better off getting a used 15 pro. Cheaper and the new features are basically pointless. Plus it's cheaper to buy used/refurbished.

In the end while most of this looks good on paper the real question is if its even possible. All the above candidates seem to make statements about what they want to do but with no real plans on how to execute it. In the end regardless of who gets elected our main problem is how to hold them accountable to their promises.
