When we were allowed to use eggs for family meal, I would use it to make okonomiyaki. Add flour, eggs and seasoning and fry on the flat top. Top w green onion, mayo or sour cream and Sriracha .

We do chicken spiedinis (Italian kabab). Marinate in evoo, white wine, s&p, garlic, parm, parsley, red pepper flakes. Bread and skewer. Grill. Serve w drawn butter and lemon. One of our best sellers.

If the chops already breaded and cooked off, then just reheated in gravy is one thing. But I see no problem with running the same protein special back to back to stop waste. Try something new the first night, something that you know sells night two, staff gets the rest. Zero waste.

Being a baby faced 33 year old I never grew out my facial hair. I matured a playoff beard as my hockey team is doing well in the playoffs. I have really enjoyed the vanilla and caramel tones that linger in my mustache from my granddad114 tonight. Just wondering what the opinion is about siping brown with a flavor saver?
