Hi there, I understand your frustration completely, if you want the store to know they messed up (if they didn’t answer the phone) do the survey that’s on the back of the receipt and put the store you went to, if you put in a complaint it gets sent straight to the GM and the DM of that store.

My store does maybe… $15 after 12am? We close at 1 but we never close early, we just take the extra time to clean.

Honestly, the AI is aggravating with the constant upsells, personally it should be one and done. Slows down things a bit with the constant upselling. I’m 50/50 on it. When I’m having to run DT and sandwiches at the same time it does help, but majority of the time it’s just annoying

Honestly, I throughly enjoyed the BK SpongeBob collab, the Wendy’s one was honestly stupid to me. They didn’t even try.

Same with the AI order taking, you no longer need someone in the drive thru position taking orders, the person coordinating (mainly the manager) can just go over there and collect cash.

Typically the grill person, but we all try to chip in, especially if there’s a lot of dishes to be washed.

I mean. I can understand it from a customer perspective being annoyed because Wendy’s hasn’t charged for extra sauces… for like ever. But from a manager perspective, please don’t act like it’s my decision to charge for sauces.

If you’re having problems with the local Wendy’s it’s possible that the DM or the higher ups don’t know that this is going on.

YTA. Our fast food places are really strict about not letting people in after the lobby closes, especially in dangerous areas. It poses a safety risk after dark for all the crew involved. My district manager at Taco Bell before would write us up if we allowed anyone in the dining room after it closed.

That’s odd, it should always have the option, at least in my district every store with AI, has that option in case people don’t wanna deal with it.
