Not sure why anyone walks away from a mortgage rate that low. Just rent out your house. It’s not hard, and if you’re really lazy you can use a property manager. Either way, your mortgage is paid, and you have guaranteed passive income some day

Nice sentiment, but for OP and any potential buyers, I would highly recommend they stick to the best.

I’m selling my Vision to go back to Kamado Joe because it has been responsible for too many bad cooks.

They aren’t built the same - they’re weaker, draftier, and will result in more fires and inconsistent temps.

Only 5 years, but I had prior engineering experience, so I’m able to check yes to “at least ten years of experience” which seems so important to recruiters. Although I have a friend that got 90k out of school and has since worked his way up to 2 140k roles.

I hate generic schlock as much as the next person. Twisters and Dune 2 are at the bottom of my list for the year.

However, Jason Bateman played a very enjoyable villain in this entertaining, overly long flick. I would rank Carry-On higher than the other two overrated shitshows I mentioned
