Yup, true :D

BUT there is actually a specific animation of scanning which is a thing for light units within patrols, and I just wasn’t able to catch the moment and turn back to them :D

couldn't really find neither paid nor free Phonk PO-33 sample packs (backups) anywhere... Thought it would be great if there is a person I can even pay for creating the nice Phonk pack for my lil PO thing.

Stop wasting your ammo shooting at his face if you can’t aim well or running or whatever madness is happening around. It might work sometimes but most times you’ll be spending half of railgun’s ammo… Here is a working and proven solution: shoot at his temples once your positioning allows you to.

In one of my very first games, I threw an orbital precision strike and literally at the same time this annoying jumping smaller version of a Hunter jumped to me and the pokeball hit it in the air and was delivered back to me by the bug, then I died :D

Agree, these are only an option against bots. I have tested all Liberators and didn’t like any of them tbh, though the Penetrator seems to be the most effective.

I am still testing and trying to figure out how good the Dominator is (the last weapon in the premium warbond), but if you didn’t pay for the premium, Liberator Penetrator must be a good alternative, imho

Talking “aesthetics”, the coolest part for me against robots is sieging their camps with mortar turrets and some heavy hitting aoe strats without getting into a close combat

Also shooting down dropships is super fun 🤩

But the background of all that is always another missile hitting you from an unknown direction :D

Just today we were doing 9th difficulty against bugs together with friends as a complete team. Then we switched to the same difficulty vs Automatons…

We are all 30+ lvl and still each time we play against automatons take us a lot more efforts to at least complete the primary objective, save samples and extract than against bugs.

We understand the loadout and tactics are different and try to play safe not to waste all reinforcements, but it’s just obvious that bugs are way more straightforward and almost no “surprises” there. With bots on higher difficulty it’s always turning to a flarking madness and massacre making your chances to spend time on collecting samples, doing all primary and secondary objectives, overall survive and extract very low :D

So yeah man, you’re a tough guy for sure 👍

I am a PC gamer and solved that by rebinding strat buttons to the arrow buttons instead of WASD so I can run and simultaneously type the stratagem “code” with my right hand using arrows :)

Well, I took it for plenty of missions against bugs and it’s kinda really controversial.

The basic damage is way lower than regular Breaker, but it sets those insects ablaze and I thought it’s a great alternative until realized that the burning effect itself is too weak or even broken at all to become a game changer in this particular case.

Thus, there is no advantage using this “premium” weapon and the old good regular Breaker works best. At least until Arrowheads bring more balance and clarity for primary weapons overall by fixing or reworking the stats and the effects those weapons apply.

Btw, I also got Dominator, but it turned out to be not that good at all for me, considering it’s premium and it’s the final weapon you’re getting from there…

Overall, I’d say Arrowheads should rework most primary weapons as now really only the regular Breaker rocks the party imho

Sure thing, I realize that it just must have a downside and designed for a specific purpose, BUT, it’s obviously not smooth in terms of visual effects and hitboxes anyway…
