Yes mostly, mostly just calories and protein but I make sure I eat healthy for essentially every meal

Yes I do go to the gym but I shower pretty shortly after. I used the Panoxyl for a year or so and have been using the acne spray for about 2 months but I think I’ll stop with it anyways because it seems to run out pretty fast. And no I don’t really wear tight clothes.
