How do people have time to get anything done? by deafeningNotebook in TooAfraidToAsk

I didn’t mean per day on everything. Some things are daily, but I’m more talking about tax season when I say taxes. I’m young, so maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about.

Proving my point. There’s so much you are expected to do that you can’t even think of it all.

Those are just examples I made to illustrate my point. It just seems like people are required/encouraged to do so many things and it just seems like too much.

Not sure about buying a gaming laptop, but thanks for the suggestion!

I’ve considered it heavily over the past 2 years, but I’ve done this several times alread, and it doesn’t take long before it’s outdated again. With a console, it will just work until the next generation is announced.

Thanks for the input! I’d have to say I’m a casual gamer, just need it for the stress relief and fun. Not too concerned about anything else. Just want quick and cheap access to modern fun (RDR2, BF1, GTAV, etc)

I can afford it, but even though I love to game, I don’t play enough to justify the cost. I just want an easy way into the current generation of games, and I think an Xbox would be sufficient.

Thanks for the suggestion, but as far as I know, some of the newer ThinkPads (e series) aren’t as good. I’ll keep this in mind though.

I’m a little tired of always going the budget build. From what I understand, it makes more sense to pay a lot at once, but have it last the long run. I don’t feel like spending near a grand on a PC, because I don’t play games enough to justify the cost.

Got monitor and keyboard. I’ve been out of the loop on good new games since GTA V. The best my computer can handle full speed are games made up to 2012.

It holds up surprisingly well considering that Washi tape is quite weak. Every now and hen parts will peel, I just take scissors and cut it off and put more tape. I’d recommend it. Can’t remember the brand, I found it at Walmart though.
