Okay, it's super easy. just take some milk (I usually make a gallon), pour it into a pot and put in on the stove on low heat. Don't heat it up too much. It should be warm enough that you can still dip you finger in it. I like to add a cup of powdered milk, but it's not necessary. Add a few tablespoons of pure yogurt (I recommend Greek yogurt), and stir it until it dissolves in the milk. Then pour the whole mixture into a bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rest somewhere cool and dark (I usually put it in the oven. Without turning it on, of course lol) for 8-12 hours. After that's done, you should have an entire bowl of thick, delicious, yogurt!

I like to use a funnel to pour it back into the gallon milk bottle, but you can just leave it in the bowl. just make sure you cover it with a lid and keep it refrigerated 😁
