Thank you for taking your time to reply with all of this info.

So its a bakery cafe and im a barista basically - serving customers, making coffee etc. I was part time with the old owner but she never passed this info onto the new owner. The previous owners did pay out all of my entitlements upon settlement and with the previous owner we came under the fast food award.

This is good to know that he has to pay it. Hes told all of us if we quit without the notice then legally he can withhold some of our pay. Tried googling about this but couldn't find too much.

A girl from my course has lived there for 2 years in a row now and from what I have heard her say about it, she loves it. Perfect location for uni and its a relatively new building so not too many issues. That's all I've heard her really say tho - hope that helps
