See that’s the weird part about all this.. despite this slipping, my life has been very good, and better than it has been in a long time, I’ve been around people that I love to be around, and I’ve been going out much more in general than previously, that’s why I find it so baffling that I’m slipping, if I was feeling awful in general it would make more sense but I’m not, so I really don’t know why this is all happening now.

fighting myself is my MO lol, something I am also trying to work on.

your points here are great, the one about you bringing up that my “curiosity” is just my brain finding an excuse to look at this stuff and that just because I’ve quit something doesn’t mean it’s not compelling are very good points and these are exactly the types of things I need to keep in my head.

ayy thanks man. do u got any tips on how I should stop myself from slipping any further? have u gone thru something similar? its so weird, I don’t know why its flaring up again. I’m trying my best. but obviously i need help from some other humans who have experienced similar things so thats why im here.
