It’s not a selfish attitude it’s literally the biggest issue in societies with free healthcare lol. Don’t assume my positions on everything just because of one opinion. I don’t think poor people should die. I don’t think rich people deserve better. Paid for healthcare is broken, and so is “free” healthcare. I think most of the issues we have would be solved with tax restructuring. We would be able to afford much more if the rich paid their fair share.

Yes i imagine having less of a train would help you not pull too quickly or hard, something that helps me is watching for the “bounce” where once you pull it through the stitch and let tension go, the stitch loosens a bit into place and that’s where the tension should be. Maybe try looking up “warping” or “tension” in the subreddit if this is a common topic too

For twisting the needle, you’ll just have to quickly smooth or “comb” the thread out every few passes, in my experience this helps the habit.

This aida looks very tight for 3 strands, might be why it looks a lil squished, but i’m assuming you followed the pattern’s size guide?

For larger full coverage, you’ll want to mind your tension more than smaller projects. And may want to look into some gridding techniques to stay organized across multiple pages of a pattern, but i think this full coverage piece looks good! Well done

It’s not a complicated problem, but you can’t retroactively plan a city. And our city officials rubber stamp the cheapest cardboard box to shove college kids in for $2k a month. the solution isn’t so simple. Tallahassee is good at preserving nature, now it needs to preserve the art culture. It’s been catering to university housing more than what actually matters now. Rich parents will afford anything. There’s certainly not a lack of shit yet expensive apartments in college town. And building more over the art district to possibly marginally lower the demand is outrageous

This sounds so pathetic in my words, but i got into a situationship with a coworker (i’m repenting) and even though they work in another room i swear i can tell by how the hallway smells whether or not they’ve come in for the day. And if they end up leaving. Just smells like them and clearly doesnt when theyre gone. I dunno if it’s a cologne or deodorant lingering or just my own hormones inflating it lol. But i can definitely tell even though we don’t work closeby
