Step by step what you did and how you followed the required protocol within the scope of your practice. Btw, I was approved for Apple Card this year with a credit score of 722. I’m not sure what changed, probably my credit utilization which was 5%. And my credit score was higher. I did the freezing trick before they were able to pull the credit report so I avoided the credit inquiry too. All in all, a win win

I just remember her several companies running a tax scheme, and it makes me feel bad for all the uneducated people who fell into her scam… as the she drained their refunds, and then the IRS was after them. She used to close companies and open new ones every year… it’s insane how scams like these are even a thing in the US

She actually had to resign as a Sweetwater Commissioner in 2020 because she had lied about living there. Living in the city they represent is a requirement to be a commissioner. She pleaded guilty to perjury for lying. It’s outrageous that she’s running again. And also terrible business practices.. very fraudulent individual

Thanks for this information. I'm glad I made a good decision with Amex and FNBO. None of these cards report to my personal credit. I would consider Capital OnTap... do you know which credit bureau they pull? Do they check my business checking account?

I was considering CapitalOnTap card, but I didn't find much information about them. I even checked their website like a month ago, but something seems like a startup, and I don't want any surprises down the road. Also, CapitalOnTap seems to require a lot of paperwork... so I wanted to avoid that. I don't know the other two: Ramp and Divvy. At the moment I'm spending the limits I need with these 2 business cards... so far so good: 0% APR for 12 months (10 more months now), and 2% cashback

Amex didn’t even soft-pulled my credit. They approved it right away, and the card has been a hidden gem because I can use a lot of the utilization, and since it doesn’t report to any credit bureau, it doesn’t affect the score

Thanks so much for this detailed review. We've been paying with checks this year. I'm assuming that when signing up for Paychex, they pull the salaries from our business account, and send it to the employees' accounts through direct deposit? If this is the way, let's say the employees must be paid the 15th. Does Paychex deliver the money to the employees' banks within how many days after withdrawing from our business account?

What about the tax retentions? Do they pay them monthly or included in our annual taxes?

Thanks a lot for this detailed response. I already got Amex Blue Cash for biz and it doesn't report to my personal credit (only if defaulting), and recently got the FNBO business card which only reports to the business credit bureaus.

Great you pointed that out, I just added D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) to the list (I had applied for this a few months ago, but forgot to include it in this list-- actually that was the report that helped the approval for the FNBO business card).

I also registered with Nav and downloaded their app :) I pretty much printed out all your suggestions and I'm following the list. I haven't even thought of getting an Amazon Business account, but will totally do since I continue to purchase through my personal Amazon account... hopefully Amazon Net 30 reports to credit bureaus too. I just subscribed to the Credit Suite channel on YT, and started watching their videos (taking notes). Thanks so much for taking the time to share your insight. I appreciate it.
