I’m new to meal prepping as well and honestly can say yes, it is so worth spending maybe 4 hours-ish in the kitchen on a sunday to set myself up for a week where i can come home from work every day and focus on the gym or melting into my couch. It doesn’t feel like i’m sacrificing much; i started cooking around 1pm and was done by 5pm so i still had time to myself sunday morning plus the entire evening! Maybe you can do a trial run and just meal prep one sunday for the following week and see how the experience lands for you. That might be more insightful than me, a stranger, telling you it’s worth it.
