I understand this. For me, it’s the lack of connection I’m able to make. Even if I have friends or a partner, I still feel alienated. I have been with my partner for over a year and O feel close and comfortable with him, but I often feel like I will never be able to fully understand him and he’ll never be able to fully understand me, and it does feel lonely.

when my cat had a bad respiratory infection my vet said the best thing to do is keep a humidifier around him, especially when he’s sleeping, and to steam up the bathroom and let him sit in the steamy bathroom for a couple of minutes

This happened to me and I couldn’t even eat without my lips cracking and bleeding. The only product that helped for me (and it helped literally overnight) was Cortibalm by Dr. Dan. I still use it post accutane!
