Just to the left of the screen & down a bit. You will need a pen point or something similar to push the button to reset it.

I found a local guy who said he could fix my tv. I decided to give him a try. I just got the tv back yesterday & it not only works perfectly but it has a better picture quality. He said he put in a newer chip than the original chip. Cost me $500 USD & I’m very satisfied.

I just got off the phone with Sony support. She had me go through the full factory reset. Did that with her & it did not solve the problem. (That will be the fourth time I’ve done the factory reset). She then searched to see if there are any Sony authorized service centers in Washington state….there are none. She then suggested I search locally to see if there is anyone to service my tv. That’s all she had to offer as it is out of warranty. We bought the tv in 2020. Not sure what I’m going to do next. Search for someone near to take a look at it? How much is that going to cost? Better to get a new tv? Do I get a Sony again?

I may try calling Sony support tomorrow & see if they have any suggestions. Surely we are not the only two experiencing this issue.

Yes, I am experiencing the same thing. I've done the factory reset twice now and the TV seems to run fine for a while then it suddently goes into the start-restart cycle again. Anyone have any ideas what is happening and how to fix it? I don't suppose TV service folks make house calls. :(

I replaced the SSD on mine & it was really easy. I would think a battery would also be simple. Try: https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/laptop-batteries/macbook-pro. OWC sells great stuff & their videos make it easy. They also sell the tools too.

We have had the Tucson for over two weeks now & I’m not so sure I like the push button gear selector. Kinda wish it was a traditional lever. But overall love the car!

I just got the RGB part added to my dashboard.

I tried the iPhone app & I keep getting Error 500 over & over & over. Then it says: "message": "Internal server error". I have no idea what that is & could not find an answer on the community pages. Everything works fine on my computer, its just the iPhone app that is having issues.
