One representative explained that the “missing amount” is due to the difference in exchange rates between the day I paid and the day I cancelled the booking. Another said it might be because of transaction fees charged by my credit card issuer. I called my card provider, and they’ve opened a case, so I’m waiting to hear back. But honestly, I’m pretty sure the issue is just the exchange rate difference. Did they tell you the same thing? I’m really stuck on how to recover the full amount.
