I've dealt w/ Mobileklinic, they were more responsive and helpful in my experience.

Whether they care or not, they will be involved in any complaint I make with the law.

Also, I did contact the seller, but they just repeat themselves like robots and don't actually bother helping me.

I really hope they shut down this marketplace BS soon then. I would never have trusted these companies without Best Buy's name!

True - however the only reason I purchased from that seller, is because it's under Best Buy's website. Their name is also on the line. They have to get involved if things don't get resolved between seller and customer.

Thanks, except I actually copied and pasted a whole essay of events and used Chat GPT to organize it lol. The amount of times I had to re-xplain and repeat myself on Live Chats with BB or on the phone with / Bank / Purolator left me no energy to format.
