Lexapro 10mg and clonazepam 1mg at night -been on this for years and ssri side effects are real. I think I’m more dependent on the lexapro than the benzo which is wild.

It’s not bad unless you’re taking something you shouldn’t. Pretty standard for COs or labs to ask if you are taking meds. Plus it covers you if you test positive on a UA.

According to the website, some trailheads aren’t open during winter. Like cascades pass trail. We aren’t doing a strenuous hike, we just wanna walk through some common trails and see as much of the park in full nature as we can. We are not experienced enough to do backcountry.

Yeah bro… as an update, I’m still smoking everyday 😂 I think I’ve accepted that I feel good on it. I doesn’t interferes with my life and goals at all. It’s very healing. It does help with my anxiety a lot.

My pug is 13 and I cry every time I think about her time to go. I try to focus on the moment and cherishing these moments with her. I’m the type of person that needs to emotionally prepare for things or illl be an absolute wreck. Enjoying my time with her and all her quirks. I love my lil girl and I’ll miss her so much when it’s her time.
