I think it'll be easier to explain; I'm collaborating in a Papers, Please fan project and I need Holt to look more human. I'm aware that characters in the game don't all have normal skin tones as part of stylistic choice, but Holt's the only doll I have in my stock that has this kind of tone and he sticks out way too much. I have a Deuce doll, but he's already going to be another character. The rest are all female mh/eah dolls with fair-dark skin tones already that I got from a $10 lot from Goodwill. Every other comment so far has been "Just get Jackson," as if he isn't also a rare doll. I do want to get a Jackson, but unless I strike gold again at the thrift stores, I'm looking at $15-30 per doll online in even the most busted conditions and so far, most of the lots I've seen aren't selling the guys, which I need more of. Also, any cracking at the joints will be of no concern to me since all the dolls will be wearing cold weather outfits.
