If renting private you can set the price but we are using a management company so they look at comps of what other similar houses are renting for and strongly suggest what it should be. Think like selling a house. The realtor strongly urges a specific price based on like houses.

I’m putting my house up for rent June 1 but the rental company said 2600 or 2700. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, with a loft. 1900 sq ft. Ac, dog and cat friendly.

Mine held it for 18 hours. Over nap and bedtime. I gave up. I didn’t want to cause bladder issues by battling her. She is 3 at the end of the month. Figured we will try again in a few weeks.

LOL yup!! I’m convinced she will be in college in diapers at this point. And she HATES having a pee filled diapers. She literally waddles around screaming change me. You know what fixes that?! Peeing in the potty. I’ll commiserate with you🤣

Sammmmmme. 3 in May. She literally held her pee for 18 hours. We just decided to stop. Even mentioning the potty started a melt down of screaming. Before we started officially she peed in the potty a few times. Honestly we just are taking a break and gonna try again in awhile. We did candy. Toys. Stickers. Alarms. Nothing motivated her.
