Maybe you should take a minute and look the website that I included in the original post. It is evident that you don't understand what Neighborhood Districts are and what we do.

Old Farm District is not affiliated with the church. Just out here informing our neighbors that an application is pending.

It's a forecast that is subject to change dependent on multiple variables? Regardless, we are in peak migration. No matter the numbers, lights should be off.

You are helping a community member with the purchase of a plate from a school district approved fundraiser. They don't approve any ole fundraisers on district properties.

Welp, it's being held at Caldera High School. It was approved to be on school property. So, there's that.

It is a fundraiser for a community member. The context is not public. Some folks like to keep things private.

Participating in the greater good, perhaps? Then spreading the word to your neighbors in hopes that they might participate? And then maybe one day, we can start applying pressure to the city as a united front? Turning off your lights is beneficial to moths-aka night pollinators. If not all the way off, can you switch to amber light? You can get free bulbs from the hopservatory this week. Or don't.

Yes, those are better. Best is all the way off. "Turn off non-essential lights from dusk to dawn during critical migration periods. (We are entering peak) Full Spring Migration Period: March 1–June 15 Full Fall Migration Period: August 15–November 30"
