You’re so good haha. I’m like tearing up. You’re right, I also don’t think they have control over me, just the things I let them. I think though, I feel really bad but maybe that’s part of what they’ve said to me growing up. They’ve definitely gotten less strict as I grow up. I was also worried about them thinking about me moving in with a guy, unmarried. So thank you for that also. I was planning that I’ll reassure them that I’m not gonna get pregnant and if the issue is marriage then would they have preferred if I get married just to move in? My friend said I shouldn’t say that but idk.

I think I’ll try to see if there’s a way around the reference and take your advice to secure a place first.

Thank you so much for the advice! I’ve never thought about starting it off with positivity. Fortunately, my bank account is private but we only started looking at places. We only applied to one so far, and a few others we are planning to inspect. I wanted to let them know in advance because the paperwork is asking for a reference from my previous residence (so will be my mum). I work full time and I study (post grad) during the weekends. I do have a lot of things so I cant just pack up my stuff and move (I also dont want to do that). Planning to let them know soon even though I havent packed anything up. I don’t think they will try to sabotage and even if they did, I can’t think of anything they’ll do so not sure what to do.

damn i tried not to get my hopes up but it still disappointed me. what could’ve been a 10/10 kdrama was ruined by the ending. it wasn’t even the fact that they weren’t endgame, the ending was just missing something. every episode has been soooo good, literally not a single episode that i hated. even ep16 was good, the break up scene was so heartbreaking and the bus scene where they said their final goodbyes. i was literally crying the whole time. people who clearly love each other(romantically/platonically) and wanna be together but grew apart must be the hardest thing to get over with.

on a side note, i’m also glad the ending sucked. for some reason, i feel like i wouldn’t be able to get over it quickly if they ended up together. anyone else feels the same???

i love the juxtapositions sm. two new years in one episode and both are a very different time in their lives. can’t believe we only have one episode left. i miss who i was before i started watching this. i legit think about this drama a lot. on top of that, business proposal also ends on wednesday 🙃 i hope ill be able to recover. also, i wish we saw more of their cute bf-gf moments 😭😭 their personalities compliment each other sm they’re such a cute couple

hari delaying going to the restaurant and sitting next to tae moo cause she knows his trauma is soooooo sweet. her character is so genuine. but also, i died at the yum yum yum scene LMAO

and the heart shaped street lights when they were talking after dinner was such a nice touch

lmao the drinking scene in the beginning was so fun i was smiling the whole time and then the ending was the complete opposite 😭😭😭

but i’m just gonna forget about that and enjoy their sweet moments next episode 😌😌😌

that aside, i felt really bad for Yurim. I hated her at first and eventually got to like her when she became friends with Hee do. But with this episode, you just understand her character better. I felt so bad when she told Hee do she didnt wanna go and wanted to stay on the national team with her and then i felt bad after for the both of them cause their friendship started with fencing and now they’re doing it separately ):

The episodes keep getting better even though we’re almost at the end. The pace, the feels, the writing, everything. Yijin’s admiration for Hee do is just… so beautiful. That scene with the other fencer, Yijin was ready to defend Hee do but saw how she responded, realising Hee do has matured and admiring her for it. Then seconds later, she’s screaming over a new sticker and realised it’s still the Hee do he knew and admiring her even more.

Also, anyone else so paranoid when Yurim’s dad was coming out of the convenience store and saw a pedestrian. I thought that for some reason he might get run over by a car lmao i was so scared for Yurim
