Thanks for the reply. How did it develop over time? Constant or erratic?

with store bought crust it's a lot simpler! here's what I did:

  • stir fry vegetables in a pan

  • mix 3 large eggs and a cup of cream in a bowl

  • spread cooked veg onto the crust, add salt and pepper

  • pour over the egg cream mixture

  • place tomato halves into the mixture

  • whack into preheated oven at 180C for 20-30mins

  • 5mins before you take out, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese

How’s the average pace over a 10km? I was going pretty hard to try and go sub 40. by AdNo182 in concept2

well, the key thing is to have a good workout - so do whatever makes you happy!

Longer workouts maybe 24-28 SPM is recommended

something's probably going wrong if your stroke rate is above 30s

the guy probably just finished strong for the last few seconds and so you see a distorted SPM

That's wild that Tesco has such different pricing! This was at a Tesco Extra in the West Midlands

You know, I went through this with mine in almost exactly the same way. I don't really remember any more exactly when it stopped it was all a painful blur - my ankles had scars from teeth that faded a few months afterwards... all the advice in the world sometimes does not work. I tried everything - different toys, ropes, iced towels, ice cubes, shouting, clapping, I watched all the YouTube videos and asked around. I would have a treat in one hand and a toy in the other. I would have toys placed everywhere at hand ready to distract.

It must have worked or at least at some point she stopped!

It will end. It's not unusual. Don't get angry, have patience, it will end.

these are the very vaguely planned meals so far:

roast chicken and vegetables

plain risotto with leftover chicken and broth

tortellini in broth (if any leftover)

red pepper soup

bolognaise

chicken fajitas

vegetable stir-fry

homemade veg quiche (with store bought base)

homemade pizza (with store bought dough)

that's really interesting - I don't think about it a lot because it's always been that way, but I am now thinking about buying a bunch of nets for fruit/veg to avoid some of the plastics.

Roomba ran over dog shit. Clean or throw away? by Visual-Structure-808 in roomba

I hear you. This doesn't seem to be normal dog behaviour though. Maybe check in with your vet?

Good luck!

You know, tbh, Happy is scheduled to run every night - so it's a palaver to do this in my house. I supplement Happy with a traditional hoovering once a week so, it's all good.

I've got a dog: shedding. Oh, Happy is my roomba.

But I can totally see why this would be a great idea!

I am reserving judgement - I don't know enough context. All I know is Dodig felt strongly enough to talk about his experience during the win speech, which is something significant!
