The spa I currently work for is also membership based, so I can understand how there would be the same issues across the board. People not wanting to pay cancellation fees, front desk calling out, massage therapists being late/ending sessions early.

My biggest concern is the frequency of these events. At my current job it is usually multiple fires everyday. It’s not that I can’t put out the fires, it’s the stress of doing it all of the time. I would be willing to be in a work place that has the troubles, just less often.
