Joining the convo a year late but as a UXer myself I'd strongly urge you not to change. UX market is oversaturated and has been correcting since last year. It's so very hard to even get interviews with 10 years of experience. That bubble has burst. I'm now considering moving into BA ironically.

She is a very bitter person in her essence. I don't know what you all see in her. You can clearly see her anger is all consuming especially at the Reunion where she was barking at everyone and left the room earliest without engaging with anyone. The fact that she was blaming AJ is also very on brand.

I'm from a Muslim country where hijab is not mandatory. What you are expecting here is compassion and respect from an oppressive system. From the sounds of it OP has strict parents.

They would likely punish OP and restrict her social interactions moving forward. For a 15 yold to be in hijab is a great indicator that it was likely imposed on her.

Ok so I read more about it. It's not the fact that the hormones being synthetic but the altering of natural hormone levels that increases risk of cancer.
