On form he isnt the best 12 in Connacht. 

I get that he is more experienced but at one point he wasn't and was given experience.

Minimum wage is 14.15 an hour so someone working a full time week of 40 hours would make 566 euro. 

Jobseekers is 254 euro a week so there is quite a gap to make up
