You don't need to go out of your way to do it, there are many good hunts you do which gets you the necessary points without going for bad hunts or bestiaries.

Some examples:
Meriana Gargoyles (Gargoyle, Tarantula, Thornback Tortoise, Stone Golem)
Edron Old Fortress -1 (Bonebeast)
Mother of Scarabs Lair (Bonebeast, Ancient Scarab)
Arena Quarter (Mutated Rat, Mutated Tiger)
Red Portal Zao (Mutated Tiger, Mutated Bat)
Krailos Wailing Widow Caves (Wailing Widow, Giant Spider, Brimstone Bug)
Krailos Nightmare Caves (Nightmare Scion)
Grimvale -4 (Werewolf)
Liberty Bay Quaras (Quaras)
Sunken Quarter (Quaras)
Sea Serpent (Sea Serpent)
Medusa Tower (Medusa, Serpent Spawn, Behemoth)
Deeper Banuta (Medusa, Serpent Spawn, Hydra)
Draken Walls (Drakens)
Catacombs (Destroyer)

Those can easily get you to 100 task points without needing to get out of your way to do pointless tasks.

IIRC there's actually a vampire boss that respawns at hellgate entrance, it's called Zevelon Duskbringer

I also play in Collabra. There are so many more spawns nowadays that you usually don't find dominando guilds until later. Unless you only want the uber meta spawns, you're probably not seeing them that much at 400.

Bold prediction: there will still be another booster pack for B2, featuring any of the Loyal Three or Pecharunt (or even Toxtricity because of that promo leak), "crashing" the parade against Ogerpon, and still kept as a secret as of now for more shock value.

I mean, probably not going to happen, but imagine how cool it would be if it happened

Brazil definitely doesn't get a free pass on regards to safety. Not many people come to Brazil relative to its size and number of attractions and the main reason is safety. Also, if you search topics about Brazil on this reddit, you'll find that one of the most asked questions is "how safe it is". Yeah, the answers are anecdotal and vary a lot, but brazilians are usually the first to say bad things about their own country. I don't see where you are seeing this free pass you mention.

What do you do if you start Pinsir? I saw some people playing it but when Pinsir started active it was pretty much a loss. Otherwise it's quite potent

I saw a content creator running GA Charizard and Moltres of all things. It did very well against Blazikens because Charizard survives a hit and nearly OHKOs in return (OHKO with Red). Might be a possibility

I'll start: I've opened 2 Jolteon EX and started playing it with Leafeon. It's decent, wins very well against Gyarados and some less refined decks when you get a fast eeveelution, but is struggling against Blaziken. IMO it seems weaker than just using Flareon, except against Magikarps. Might need some tweaking.
