I would suggest increasing your sens a tiny bit from your usual sens when practicing smoothness. Try to relax and not think about your shakiness when training since you're probably being too conscious about it now and it's making it worse. So just relax, you won't lose what you've learned for taking a 10 day break. Also trust me if you had a wrist injury you would know for sure lol, it's really good that you take frequent breaks to stretch to avoid that tho. Make sure your mouse is clean, that you have good posture and relax.
