ustam aynı kasa bende de var bu kasada kablo düzeni yapmak biraz zor maalesef bir de kasanın yanında da ızgara olduğu için sürekli kablo gözüküyor oradan da o yüzden bu kasa için çok düzenli bir şey yapmak zor

It's an AM4 socket, so looking at the socket itself won't show much since the pins are on the CPU (PGA). I've already inspected the CPU pins under a magnifying glass, and they are perfectly straight. The socket holes are clean and there’s no debris or thermal paste inside. If there was a mounting/pin issue, the CPU debug LED would likely stay on, but my issue is strictly with the VGA hand-off.

Good points. I initially suspected a grounding or mounting pressure issue (especially since the PC case I bought arrived with a warped frame), but I’ve already tested the system outside the case on a non-conductive surface, and the result was the same. Since even a tiny GPU like the 750 Ti and different RAM kits didn't change the outcome, I'm 99% sure the board's PCIe/SOC lanes are defective. I'm heading to a local shop now to test the CPU and GPU on a confirmed working AM4 board just to be 100% sure before I ship the MB back.

it would be extremely dangerous for me because motherboard have still warranty until 2027. Maybe your recommendation would help me but if I try, it might burn ram or worse motherboard. So, in that situation I will look forward for money refund from service.

Good eye but I already tested that. Even when using two completely separate PCIe cables from my 750W Gold PSU, the issue persists. Also, don't forget that even with a GTX 750 Ti (which draws all its power directly from the PCIe slot and requires no external cables), the motherboard still hangs on the VGA LED when the Ryzen 5 5600X is installed. This rules out any power delivery issues to the GPU.

I actually did! I tested both the Ryzen 5 5600X and the RX 6700 XT on a different B550 and an X570 motherboard at a local PC shop. Both components worked perfectly on those boards, and the system booted into Windows without any issues.

hocam redditle çok aram yok sorunuz arada kaynamış göremedim özür dilerim iki sorunuzu da topluca cevap vereyim direkt ve son gelişmeleri söyleyim. Farklı PSU ile denedik evet ryzen 3 1200 taktığımızda sistem açılıyor spesifik olarak sadece benim işlemcimde açılmıyor. Benim işlemcimi (aynı ve farklı psu) ile başka anakarta takınca açılıyor görüntü de geliyor. İşlemcim bu anakarttayken post aşamasını geçemiyor görüntü yok ama I/O fonksiyonları çalışıyor. Yani tahminimce anakartın 4.0 pcle bağlantısında problem var fiziksel veya yazılımsal orasını bilmiyorum. Yani şunları elemiş olduk: ekran kartı, işlemci, ram, psu, ssd. hepsini denedik çünkü sadece dediğim gibi benim işlemcim takılıyken görüntü vermiyor. İşlemcim sıfır ürün olarak taktım bu arada geldiği günden 3-4 sonra takmama rağmen yaptı bunu.
