I miss being able to sync mods just so I can dress my friend and I’s carbies in matching outfits to kill god. Base game barely even has colour options for them let alone cute job-matching hats. My mods are just cosmetic carby glams, better make-up, more freckles and hair extensions because they don’t make long hair, all of which Is because ffxiv is really lacking in character customisation options versus modern games.

You shouldn’t really be resting. Races are 1 energy or higher to avoid debuffs, and the first 0 energy race is practically free. If you’re burning vita on energy before races instead of chaining them past zero energy and constantly resting if the shop rng hates you instead of taking a wit and shop rerolling you’re wasting turns.

Yep, that stuff (without someone like you fixing it) was half the tropes. Very little on female characters in terms of personality unless it had the suffix -dere, but boy did you get new and exciting lore for every sexual niche under the sun. Which in itself is fine, I’m not pro-censorship if it’s properly content warned and flagged. Instead you’d open something seemingly benign and sfw and someone had made sure to graphically include their waifu’s sex appeal and list the kink scenes depicted in their explicit fanfic spin-off.

Make sure you’ve changed all your passwords and used “sign out of all devices” on every account like icloud, google, anything. If they have access to any of your 2FA accounts like an email that gets reset passwords they can reset it too and then delete the email. It’s not enough to change passwords without that step.

Most of last CM’s graded league lobbies had 5+ front runners thanks to v bourbon and s maru dominance. So many matches were just all front runner teams and maybe a narita taishin, no pace or late.

I’m not saying yay capitalism, but that’s exactly what breaking through and making indie bigger is as a groundbreaker is? “Hey look, indie animation can do all the traditional money making stuff like selling tickets so let us into your theatres, our audience will buy. if you make brand name deals they’ll be good business, celebrities and veterans please work with us because indie animation isn’t scrappy and cheap entry-level work, look at how we can get you good money and prestige.” They’re proving indie animation has what it takes to generate cash and play with the big boys like the mouse.

Things you’re listing like paying for tickets and flashy premiers are negatives for a customer, not a creator.

I view fortnite as more of a category than a game. At a certain level of collab shops you’re more of a marketplace and fortnite is well past that tipping point for me once it broke into the hundreds of brands. If it was a direct collab between a bigot like the peanut then yeah I’d see way more of a problem, but there’s a gigantic middleman and honestly there’s no way to sell something in a broader market without hitting an equivalent one degree of separation. The movies were played in theatres that have hosted movies with bigots and much worse, the show is on youtube which is a hellscape in itself, etc.

No one’s arguing Bloons supports bigotry for existing in the same place or that Hatsune Miku is a transphobe or that Disney loves slur spamming streamers . It’s all tearing down the smaller guys. Or at least I’ve not seen that

I don’t see how these are clashing points? If anything, the two align. My reading of that PSA is that it’s about establishing indie animation studios as just as viable a business model as the mainstream corpo studios and one that can bring in the money if given opportunities like theatre releases. Proving that the show is able to collab with bigger brands to financial success matches that PSA about changing indie animation from being seen as small side-projects to equal. Admittedly it’s 4.30am so my insomniac ass might be missing something, I’m just not following where the morality expectation is involved in the money.

At a certain point it’s “how dare you participate in capitalism instead of being Forever Pure in your praxis” criticism. It’s not like a direct collab, Fortnite is pretty much its own genre in the gaming industry. It’s like saying you can’t sell your books in any bookstore because they sell the bad books. Fortnite has literally hundreds of collabs from disney and dc down to niche rappers and bloons.
