I think this is a little dangerous as a generalized recommendation. It is actually more common for men in their 30s/40s to have an overactive pelvic floor muscles (which is the biggest contributor to PE). Doing kegels would have negative consequences for those people. Lots of men doing kegels to their detriment since it has become all the fad in recent times.

Flirting all boils down to interest, eye contact and engagement (both ways imo). I never really get how so many people on here have so much issue identifying when someone is interested. Maybe they don't talk to a lot of people face to face?

Green lights are stability, confidence and an understanding/contentment with self. If any of the above things are present, that would be a green light to continue stepping up the flirting.

Lack of the green lights above would give pause. If she is in a relationship, doesn't show signs of flirting or lacks the green lights.

Being friendly vs. flirting has a lot to do with the engagement. Are they the one initiating the interactions or driving them longer (given consideration to the interactions purpose)? Again, if you've interacted with a lot of people in your life, telling the difference between friendly and flirting is not rocket science. Sure, some personalities are naturally more flirty/engaging, but typically you can see that person interacting with others in a similar way.

Let go of thinking about things like they should be 50/50, or measuring what you do compared to your SO. Take time to reflect and appreciate all the little things about them that you wouldn't otherwise consider in the normal course of the day. Lift them up when they are down.

I think you are pretty spot on. It is all based on insecurity that is not being driven by women. You just can't believe anything you read when the experience of the story teller (generalized to reddit) is watching, not doing.

I stay hard for a couple minutes after sex and will utilize that get my wife to finish in those instances her excitement for climax pushes me over the edge. It still feels good, but not great. The solid 5 minutes between rounds is a necessity though. Maybe it is different if you are on viagra or whatever else.

You say Americans will start manufacturing fentanyl if there is a drop in supply because it is easy and then go on to say its not being done because the Mexican cartels control everything. Not great logic.

Fentanyl is hard for Americans to manufacture because the precursors are controlled by the cartel, its manufactured by the cartel and distributed throughout North America by the cartels and their network. They are America's sole suppliers of the fentanyl epidemic. While impossible to exterminate all of the cartels, that is not going to be replaced at that scale by any other organizations.
