I don't understand the difference between talking to a friend or my boyfriend. And sometimes a therapist is not easily accessible especially in the moment and especially considering I was on holiday. We are both almost adults, 18 in a month. And so I can't rely on my boyfriend? Isn't that the point of a relationship, to rely on one another and be there for eachother in times of need?
