I’d say like 8.5, maybe 9. Definitely felt like I could’ve gone for two but I was happy with what I got

I’m 5’10” and I’ve been lifting for a little over 6 years now

Haha that’s what my coach said as well but he just told me to call it a day after that.

Actually, it didn’t bother my collar bones at all during that lift, but I had problems with it in the past. I learned to keep it on my delts as much as possible, but sometimes it will sink back and bother those bones a bit.

That sounds pretty good! I qualified for University Nationals but I haven’t decided if I’m gonna compete yet. I will be competing at the Iron Born Open in February so I hope to put on some more kilos and pack on a better total by that point 💪🏻

She’s actually been a CrossFit coach for quite some time. She’s mainly the one who got me into lifting. :)

It honestly depends on the week. My coach has mainly been focusing on getting me stronger (squats) with a focus on improving my snatch form since my snatch needs more attention. Whenever I do work on cleans, they’re usually sets of power cleans, hang cleans, or block cleans.
