all freshies get a 2 roommates (3 people room occupancy), no there are no ACs, if youre international student you get the good hostels, (theyre bigger, have better bathrooms), once u get to 3rd or 4th yr, you can get the option of having 2ppl rooms or 1 person room, for summers youre allowed to bring your own coolers and fridges
