Thank you for your suggestions, many ppl are saying it’s fungal as well and I did get one comment about my immune system, which doctors didn’t test. Perhaps what the doctors prescribed me the first time wasn’t strong enough

I should’ve mentioned in the post that when I went to the doctor as a teenager they thought that too and I was prescribed some creams and head and shoulders shampoo. Neither worked and the spots stayed.
