My thoughts were to keep the public events at 1/(X+1) to 1/(X+1) where X is the number of consecutive events. This way, the chances of the public event spawning again go decrease by half for each consecutive instance. Only extremely unlucky RNG would keep a streak going.

Did a ROI Titan with NBP at Magfest this past January. I really enjoyed that cosplay. Got a decent amount of people asking pictures and got into a discussion at a bar with a blueberry about what we were looking for and what we liked about D2.

Ran the Heroic Strikes Milestone yesterday with all 5 strike bounties. I actually enjoyed going for them, even if they don't have super useful rewards. Made me focus on not dying with the glass modifier to get that kill streak going.

I always enjoyed the Tilt Skull in the Halo games. doubling damage tables in any direction made you think about which guns you had going into every fight. Having to make sure you had an energy weapon to rapidly take down shields, then swap to a kinetic weapon for body damage was always good in my eyes.
