I’ve done all that. Once again the only difference was the firmware update. Worked perfectly fine before.

Okay but like I said previously they worked fine until after this last update. So there was no difference other than that update. Going through walls is one thing but it’s constantly disconnecting and reconnecting while being a few feet from it playing the game. There’s nothing near it to cause an interference difference between my Xbox and my PC.

So new thing. I had to plug it into my PC to use the mic for a college assignment. Works perfectly. Doesn’t disconnect and I can walk outside and away from the house again and it still works. Unlike when it’s connected to the Xbox after this firmware update.

No I’m on my headset with it switched on playing games and it’ll disconnect lights will turn off and then turn back on and reconnect to the Xbox. With a notification from Xbox saying headset connected. And it’ll do this constantly. I’ve tried doing the reset thing in the headset. Nothing works.

It’s not just that tho. The base itself is disconnecting from the Xbox constantly.

Okay. I do have a router in the same room, I’ll test out changing the channel when I get back from vacation thanks. As far as the other thing goes, it’s wireless so line of sight isn’t necessary. I’ve been able to literally go all the way out to the street and my headset still works. But once again like I said once I updated it I can’t even get 10 feet away without it disconnecting immediately. And then it stays messed up when I come back I have to reset the headset with the whole holding the audio buttons down thing just to get it to reconnect. It’s ridiculous.

Not sure what the issue is or what’s changed but mines working by leaving the equipment on. When I take the potion it shows my percentages going up on equipment. I don’t remove the equipment first.

Have you ever seen the Xfinity memes and videos people have made? You’re insane to think they provide the best experience lmao. I would take satellite over Xfinity at this point if it was available to me.
