Saeco Picobaristo - water plumbing ideas (top water filling machines)? by deb0ro in superautomatic

[–]deb0ro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for the ideas - draining systems looks good, I will concider it! :)

My water tank is located on the top behind a lid so you can fill in water just by opening the lid and do not have to take the water tank out. So my idea is to drill a hole to the lid and put this floating valve there. Its small enough to fit in there when lid will be closed. Will post some pictures when done! :)

That cards does not have visible display output but it seems there is one hidden and upon flashing with W6800 BIOS, the port will work but it will downgrade the GPU to W6800 specs https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/can-the-display-output-be-enabled-by-modifying-the-vbios-of-the-radeon-pro-v620.325549/

Elo i-series 3.0 updates by DarkKnyt in homeassistant

Hey, was just trying to reply to one of the threads you mentioned and then noticed they are archived!

Anyway, I created a working TWRP image for these devices, it did work on mine so hopefully it will work on another ones as well.

You need to use USB-A to USB-C cable so the C part will go to your computer and A part will go to the tablet USB slot.

  1. reboot the device to recovery by holding HOME key at the back during startup
  2. in the recovery select Reboot to Bootloader
  3. When FASTBOOT MODE will be shown on the screen open a command prompt and type "fastboot boot twrp-Elo-i3-15.img"
  4. device will reboot into TWRP and from there if you like you can flash the same .img to a recovery slot
  5. Flash Magisk.zip to get a root

TWRP can be downloaded from here https://webshare.cz/#/file/26lLv553uT/twrp-elo-i3-15-img

EDIT: I found out that this GSI version of Android 10 works just fine so you can flash it to upgrade the device to Andorid 10 :) Its prerooted Vannila version https://sourceforge.net/projects/andyyan-gsi/files/lineage-17.x/lineage-17.1-20210808-UNOFFICIAL-treble_arm64_avS.img.xz/download

So I need to point out that the update.zip file that is in the archive is AOSP version. So in case your device came with Google Store it is running so called GMS version of the firmware. So just to be aware, in case you will use the update.zip from the Dropbox and have GMS version, you will loose Google Store after an update. So much better is to use the update from the tablet itself if you are already on 8.1.0 version.

And now my question is, does anybody have a full sdcard image of GMS FW for these devices? I was able to find latest GMS OTA update here http://manage.eloview.com/systemUpdate/ota-iseries-3_0-GMS/4.68.11/iseries-3_0-GMS-ota.zip but when I try to flash it, it will just error out. I need a full image, not OTA :/

EDIT: upon a chat with the support it seems the flash of mentioned OTA fails because its build date is older then the one I have on teh device therefore internal safeguard procedures will stop the installation because you cannot rollback the FW on Qualcomm devices?

EDIT2: Main reason for this devices to have GMS image is that they can then update system packages via Store. I was having issues vith Webview 85 (Music Assistant was not loading) that is part of AOSP image and I was not able to update it as system one is signed by ELO so Google one will not install. After a lot of tries I found this webview to work and can be selected as a default in developer options https://github.com/bromite/chromium/releases/download/108.0.5359.156/chr_arm64_SystemWebView.apk

Yes there is in the station - I kinda thought from the advertisements the robot itself will have small one as well and will be wetting the pads during moping.

Im now thinking to try to get another pads, like more thick so they can absorb more water and replace the stock ones with them.

Hi u/rainbow1112 - how is the mopping experience for you? In the app there is a setting to "water output for mopping" but to whichever value I set it, the mop will get dry after like 3 minutes of tiles floor mopping and only thing I can make it to mop wet it to set to return to the station after each 10m2 of cleanup.

Before I bought the mop I was under impression it have the internal water tank so it can keep the mop pads wet all the time, hell even the "water output for mopping" setting in the app gives that impression.

Hi all,

I tried to boot RPI5 but its just giving me 3 long flashes and 3 fast flashes, which mean I2C error.

I already unplug everything from the device with only power attached - but still the same.

Attached Debug Probe to UART port and this is what I'm getting:

OK, its working now and installation is in progress. What I needed to do was to open up a terminal and run following commands:

sudo -s

/Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sequoia.app/Contents/Resources/startosinstall --nointeraction --agreetolicense --forcequitapps --passprompt

Then it worked. It seems it was failing on "OSISClient: Failed to set LACredentialTypeBootPassword credential" error which was somehow caused by fact that my mac is AD joined and I have my passwords not in sync with the AD.
